Chinese Medicine & Acupuncture

Acupuncture is a natural, safe and effective way to treat a wide variety of problems. The fundamental goal of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine is returning the body to balance and improving basic life functions: calming the nervous system, circulating blood, improving the digestive process and sleep, hormone regulation, and reducing stress. Acupuncture stimulates many physiological changes in the body including increasing blood flow, hormone and neurotransmitter stimulation, and effects the body’s own pain relieving system through the insertion of sterile, hair-fine needles into specific points in the body. Traditional Chinese Medicine is a comprehensive medical system that can be used alone or as a complementary treatment to western medicine and many other medical professions.

Initial Consultation $110

Your initial 90 minute consultation and treatment includes an in depth discussion about your current health, past medical history and any challenges you are dealing with whether it be physical, mental, emotional or spiritual. We will develop a treatment plan together incorporating several modalities of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) that may include acupuncture, acupressure, herbal therapy, dietary support, cupping, ear seeds/needles, moxibustion and/or gua sha. The number of treatments needed vary depending on the individual and the condition being treated.

Follow-up Treatments $70-$80

Follow up treatments typically last 45-60 minutes. These sessions will follow the TCM treatment plan developed in the initial treatment, with minor adjustments to the acupuncture points chosen as your condition changes. These appointments may also include several other modalities as listed above.

*Note*: If cupping is indicated in these treatments, it typically lasts 10 minutes.
