Monthly Women's Circle: A Spring Awakening
This month's circle will be hosted by Sam Wilkie and Lindsey Bullock. You can expect a combination of healing modalities, rituals, chanting/singing, dancing, connection and more!!

Body Temple: A 6 Week Course
A 6 week online journey for you to come home to your sacred bodies. Using ancient Ayurvedic medicine and yogic practices to reclaim our inner wisdom and reconnect with our body, mind and soul. This course is jam packed with so much valuable information to build the foundation of the sattvic(pure and balanced) lifestyle you desire.

When: May 4th to June 8th Wednesday evenings at 6pm (60 minute session)
*while it is highly encouraged you attend the sessions live, recordings will be available if you are unable to make it.

Week 1 Learning to listen to your body
Week 2 Synching with the Ayurvedic clock
Week 3 Dinacharya - daily routine and rituals
Week 4 Building Agni & Ojas (digestion and immunity)
Week 5 Feeding your body with prana
Week 6 A wholesome diet for you

Advanced Energy Healing Workshops
These workshops will explore new possibilities in energy healing that support the ascension to multi-dimensionality and the activation of advanced energetic DNA. You will have a chance to try new techniques, develop your capacities and practice with others. At each of these workshops you will receive teachings, a manual, energy practices, and a chance to practice in-person and remote healing.
If you are interested in registering for an Advanced Healing Energy Training Workshop please email indicating what course if you will be attending in person or online. Payment is required immediately upon registration through e transfer to or at Wilkie Wellness during business hours by credit, debit or cash. If you require a payment plan please include this request and suggested payment options in the email, with payment in full required by training date. You will receive an email once registered giving you further details and any preparations to make prior to the training.
