I remember my first yoga class. I had never felt that relaxed or breathed that intentionally. And now, as I guide my own guests through a practice, I strive to give them the same sensations and permission to be in the present.
My classes are soulful and relaxing; integrative and introspective. Moved by the music and guided by the connection with the breath and body. Deeply supportive, both in giving permission to be and feel and also using props to support your healing. You will leave feeling rested and lighter having shed some of the emotional weight you carry. This is more than moving the body.
My return to yoga happened within the walls of Wilkie Wellness and I did not turn back. Instead I dig deeper and received my 200 hour YTT in a private intensive with my mentor and friend Sam Wilkie. I am honoured to learn and grow with the Wilkie family.
